Big Give Offering

Big Give Offering

The Community Big Give 2016 is here

We are just over a week away from the 2016 Community Big Give. This Sunday, November 13th, at both Open Life Church campuses, we will be giving our best offering for the Community Big Give. Each year in Sumner and Bonney Lake, over 1,000 families request help for Thanksgiving meals. In response, Open Life has rallied local businesses and churches to help offset the cost of these meals. This year, our goal at Open Life is to provide more than 200 of these meals, which cost right around $25 apiece. You get to participate by giving what you can and experiencing the fulfillment that comes through generosity this Thanksgiving season.Community Big Give

Just $25 a meal

To reach our goal of 200 meals, we are praying for $4,000-$5,000 to come in on Sunday at Open Life. If every person in attendance this Sunday gave enough for two meals we would easily accomplish our goal. We also know that some of you have a passion and a gift for generosity which can allow you to give even more. Therefore, before you give, we encourage you to pray. Pray over the impact that you will make through this year’s Big Give offering. Consider the families you will bless, and think of the 4,600+ people we fed last year and how many more we will serve this year.

Are you not able to make it? We have a plan.

If you are not able to join us this Sunday, and you still want to participate in the Big Give offering, simply go HERE to our online giving system. Once at the site, select Big Give, and give the amount you desire to generously provide.  On Monday, we will tally all that has been given in Sunday’s offering. Then we’ll share on our social media sites the good news of how much we are able to provide for the Big Give. Then we can let that excitement lead right into the Community Big Give next Saturday.

Thank you in advance for your prayerful participation.
