At Open Life Church, you will find that the way to true life and peace of mind is through a growing relationship with Jesus. Each service will be full of encouraging worship and prayer, with an uplifting message as we celebrate the life, death and resurrection of Jesus. This will be Open Life’s first Sunday service in over a year and a return to the beautiful Performing Arts Center for a family style service.

// KIDS ARE WELCOME //

Families will be together in the auditorium for worship and the message.  Kids will receive an activity bag on their way in and we will have elements to the service just for them.  As we are just transitioning back to Sunday gatherings and meeting in the PAC, it will take a bit of time to launch our full Kids Life experience with full volunteer teams trained to lead our kids well. If your kids make noise during the service, that is ok (kids do that, the pressure is off), we’re just so excited that your family will be joining us at Open Life. Thank you for your patience as we adjust our systems and teams to prepare for kids ministry in the future. SPECIAL NOTE: We have an online kids service that your kids will love and you can enjoy together every week HERE

// COVID-19 //

Precautions and procedures are in place to prevent the spread of COVID-19 during our services. Masks will be worn while we’re together inside the building with social distance being maintained throughout the auditorium (every other row, 3 seats apart from other families groups or individuals). Hand sanitizer, extra masks, and tissue are readily available as you enter the building.

If you or anyone in your household has been diagnosed with COVID-19 or has COVID-19 symptoms such as a fever over 100.4, cough, or shortness of breath, we politely ask for you to stay home, feel better, and join us for Open Life Online until you’re feeling better. Other symptoms to watch out for can include: Chills, Muscle aches, Headache, Sore throat, Nasal congestion, Loss of taste, Loss of smell, Diarrhea, Nausea/Vomiting.

what is a service like?

1

MUSIC

We will spend some time preparing our hearts by connecting with God through worship.

2

HELLO

Someone will come up to pray and say hi.

3

THE TALK

A pastor will deliver an encouraging message pointing us to Jesus with the truths we find in scripture.

4

FINISH

We’ll respond with a time of prayer and worship reflecting on how God may be speaking to us. Afterward, we’ll close with some final thoughts and the service will be finished.

5

60 Minutes

In total, after about an hour, the service is over. You will have connected with God, but now is the time to connect with each other. If you only do one or the other (connecting with God or connecting with each other), you’re missing out on a key aspect of what Open Life is all about.
