Special Guest: Lynne Ellis-Gray
In today’s online message, Lynne Ellis-Gray shares a heartfelt and inspiring message about the power of prayer, personal transformation, and living a life surrendered to God’s purpose. Through stories of adoption, missions, and everyday faith, she encourages believers to embrace growing in prayer, intercession, and the sacredness of daily work. Her testimony reminds us that God uses our ordinary lives to bring extraordinary impact to our communities and world.
SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT TODAY’S MESSAGE: This week’s message is a recording of last week’s in-person service. If you’re looking for the next message in our series, The Life Worth Living, go back to last week’s message, which Thad is sharing this week in our in-person service.
Dr. Lynne Ellis-Gray currently serves as the Director of Development and Partnerships at Theology of Work Project. After 30 years as an ordained pastor championing international development projects and mission focused ministry, Lynne launched into coaching and strategy consulting. Wanting to continue equipping local churches for impact, she joined the team at Theology of Work Project, an independent, international non-profit organization dedicated to researching, writing, and distributing materials with a biblical perspective on non-church workplaces. She has degrees from Cal State Long Beach (M.S.W.) and Bakke Graduate University (D. Ministry and Leadership). As an adoptee herself she is deeply invested in foster and adoptive communities with a daughter adopted from China and two foster-adopted sons. Lynne lives in her intergenerational home in Washington State where you will find her hiking or on a Jeep ride.
