The Gathering Place is Available

Rental and community use of this space is currently available in a limited capacity through December 2023. Remodel will happen in early 2024 and will result in adjusted rates beyond that which will be posted here when we have a completion date projected for the remodel.

Space Available

The current space available for rent within the venue is the 42′ x 42′ main hall and its adjacent bathrooms.  Open Life is using this space regularly and is willing to rent out the space to groups who may find a need for this space even while we are in the midst of the remodel.

Rates

The current rate for rentals is $100 per hour for a 4-hour minimum.  
HOLIDAY RATES
Holidays are subject to increased rates. $150 an hour for a 4-hour minimum. 

Hours of Availability

Hours of operation are 8 am to 11 pm. After-hours cleaning fees may be added depending on the event and its potential impact.

Single Use Information

Event Insurance

Open Life requires one of the three options for release of liability. 1) a fully refundable damage deposit check for $1,000 which we will hold and return to you following your event, 2) a copy of a certificate of insurance from your home insurance provider, 3) or a copy of your event insurance specifically for the event at the Gathering Place that you can find from a local insurance provider.

FAQ

Are There Tables To Use?

We do have 15 60" round tables and 14 96" long tables that you can request for your event. All these will not fit in the space at one time, but are available upon reservation.

How Many Chairs Are There?

There are 150 chairs available, but this is more than you will fit in the room at one time. The best fit is 100 or less in the space without feeling crowded.

When Can We Arrive?

The coordinator for your event will reserve the space for set up through tear down. The time on your contract is the time you are allotted for the event. If you go over time you will be billed for that time. 

What beverages are we allowed to have?

This is totally your call. We do not have restrictions, and all permits needed for consumption must be acquired prior to your event.
