Standing with the Poor

So often when we think about prayer and fasting we think about the personal and vertical aspects, growing closer to God, becoming more like Jesus. But what about the communal and horizontal impacts of prayer and fasting. Today we’re going to look at how prayer and fasting allow us to stand with the poor.

Open Life Church gathers together each Sunday in person at the Bonney Lake High School Performing Arts Center at 10 am. Our online messages are there for those who are not able to be with us in person, filmed at The Gathering Place earlier in the week, and released each Sunday morning.
