Student life pastor at open life

Open Life is a church in Bonney Lake (a community with 100,000+ people who do not follow Jesus within a 5 mile radius) that has experienced favor within the community that is unparalleled to anything I have witnessed before. As the founding pastor of Open Life, we were youth pastors for over 13 years when we planted this church in 2010. Having pastored in the Valley of Spokane, Issaquah and Auburn we had witnessed leading youth ministries and impacting schools and teens with groups of 20 to 500. And in all of the communities we served, none have carried the potential that Bonney Lake, Buckley, and Sumner hold with the open doors and influence we have been able to foster within the past 15 years serving this community with the leading and favor of the Holy Spirit.

Below you will find the Student Life Pastor position, which is anywhere from a part time 20 hour a week role to nearly full time if other roles can be attached to it, such as family life overseeing kids and youth or even adding in worship and some communication team to add hours. We feel as a church leadership that the next wave of impact within our community is going to flow through this next generation and so we are wanting to take a leap of faith in this area and see what God will do within the coming years.

If you have the heart to reach students, love pioneering works in communities where trust has been fostered already, and want to make disciples of the next generation, shoot me your resume and then lets grab a coffee and process if this is an opportunity Jesus is moving you towards.
